Coach Ghosh is a partner with Pillsbury law and is a member of the Public Policy and Crisis Management teams. Aimee has helped clients respond to congressional investigations on high-profile legislative issues, sometimes under the tightest of deadlines. She has guided clients in securing federal liability protections from the Department of Homeland Security for their security products and services, helping FireEye to obtain the first SAFETY Act Certification award for a cyber product and a major league baseball team to obtain certification for its security program at its home field. When shes not focused on congressional testimony or cybersecurity, Aimee has been helping a national membership organization win bipartisan victories to roll back onerous state-level regulations. Shes got victories in seven states, so far.
